Where can I find my invoice?
When you take out or renew a subscription, you will automatically receive the invoice by e-mail.
You can also download the invoice yourself:
- Go to the BCM Store website.
- Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.
- Click on the icon again and go to "My Account".
- In your account, click on "Orders". You will get an overview of your orders and here you can download the invoice for each order.
How can I change my billing address?
You can change the billing address as follows:
- Go to the BCM Store website.
- Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.
- Click on the icon again and go to "My Account".
- In your account, click on "Billing address". Then click on "Edit" under billing address to see the details of the billing address.
- Here you can adjust the data and then click on the "Save address" button.
How can I change my bank account number?
Payment of your subscription is made monthly through an online payment service.
It does not support changing the bank account number. Therefore, you need to cancel the active subscription and then subscribe a new one with the new bank account number.
What happens if I pay too late?
The subscription runs for one month from the day it is taken out. So if you subscribe on January 16, the subscription runs until February 15. On the 16th of February the subscription will be renewed automatically. After each payment you can use the BCM Stream service for another month.
If the amount cannot be collected, the service will no longer be available after a few days.
