FAQ – SUBSCRIPTIONS

For BCM Stream, you can choose between two subscriptions: BCM Stream Easy and BCM Stream Pro.

• The BCM Stream Easy for the Easy Windows and Easy Webplayer products. This subscription costs €14.95 per month.
• The BCM Stream Pro for the Pro Windows and Pro Webplayer products. This subscription costs €34.95 per month.

The BCM Apps are free and can be used with the Easy Windows and Pro Windows products. More information can be found under products.

Go to the BCM Store website. Here, choose a BCM Stream monthly subscription, either Easy or Pro, and click on the "Order Now" button. The subscription will then be added to your shopping cart.

If you have a coupon code, enter it and click on "Apply voucher." Proceed to checkout. Enter your company details and login details for your account. Select the payment method and click on "Sign up now."

After payment, your subscription will be activated and you can start using the BCM Stream player you have chosen.

Yes, BCM Stream subscriptions can be canceled on a monthly basis via your BCM Store account.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon at the top right, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password. Click on the icon again and go to "My Account."

In the dashboard, click on "Subscriptions." Then click on "View" to see the details of the subscription. Under "Actions," you will find a "Cancel" button. Click on this button to terminate your subscription.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon at the top right, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.

Then click on the"Order now"button for the subscription you want to use (Easy or Pro). The subscription will then be placed in your shopping cart. After payment, your subscription will be activated and you can use the selected BCM Stream player again.

The answer is "Yes," both options are possible. When you use Easy, you can always upgrade to Pro. The difference in subscription costs will be charged from the moment you switch subscriptions.

You can also downgrade from Pro to Easy. The paid subscription for Pro for that month will not be charged. The next monthly renewal will be charged at the Easy subscription rate.

How does this work?

• Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon at the top right, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.
• Click on the icon again and go to "My Account." In the dashboard, click on "Subscriptions."
• For the (active) subscription, click on "View" on the right.
• Scroll down to "Subscription Totals," where you will find an "Upgrade or Downgrade" button. Click on it.
• Then select the desired subscription and click on the "Change subscription" button.
• If you upgrade from Stream Easy to Stream Pro, you will be charged the difference in subscription costs. Click on the "Proceed to checkout"button and then pay the difference.

Yes, you can! If you want more subscriptions (on the same account) for the same location so you can play different music simultaneously in the café and in the hall, please contact us. We can arrange this for you.

Yes, you can! For Windows products, simply download the music software and try it free for 14 days. You can try both Easy Windows and Pro Windows. No deposit is required, and the software will automatically expire after 14 days.

Please note: The software can only be installed on a Windows PC, laptop, or tablet. Would you like to use BCM Stream on a different platform? (on a MacOS, iOS, Android, or Linux platform) Then you can use the Easy Webplayer or Pro Webplayer. The webplayer can be used in any web browser, including on a Windows platform. You can try it out for 60 minutes.
