FAQ – SUBSCRIPTIONS

For BCM Stream, you can choose between two subscriptions: BCM Stream Easy and BCM Stream Pro.

• The BCM Stream Easy for Easy Windows, the Easy Web Player, and the app. This subscription costs €14.95 per month.
• The BCM Stream Pro for Pro Windows, the Pro Web Player, and the app. This subscription costs €34.95 per month.

The BCM Apps are free and can be used with the Easy Windows and Pro Windows products. More information can be found under products.

Go to the BCM Store website. Here, choose a BCM Stream monthly subscription, either Easy or Pro, and click on the "Order Now" button. The subscription will then be added to your shopping cart.

If you have a coupon code, enter it and click“Apply Coupon.” Proceed to checkout. Enter your company information and account login details here. Select a payment method and click“Sign Up Now.”

Once payment is complete, your subscription will be activated, and you'll be able to use the BCM Stream player you selected.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription each month through your account in the BCM Store.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click the person icon in the upper-right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password. Click the icon again and go to“My Account.”

In the dashboard, click“Subscriptions.” Then click“View”to see the subscription details. Under“Actions,” you’ll see a“Cancel”button. Click it to cancel your subscription.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click the person icon in the upper-right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.

Then, for the subscription you want to use (Easy or Pro), click the“Order Now”button. The subscription will then be added to your shopping cart. Once payment is complete, your subscription will be activated, and you’ll be able to use the selected BCM Stream player again.

Yes, both options are available. If you're using the Easy plan, you can always upgrade to the Pro plan. The difference in subscription fees will be charged starting from the moment you switch plans.

You can also downgrade from Pro to Easy. The subscription fee you paid for Pro that month will not be charged. You'll then pay the Easy subscription fee for the next renewal.

How does this work?

• Go to the BCM Store website. Click the person icon in the upper-right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.
• Click on the icon again and go to "My Account." In the dashboard, click on "Subscriptions."
• For the (active) subscription, click on "View" on the right.
• Scroll down to "Subscription Totals," where you will find an "Upgrade or Downgrade" button. Click on it.
• Then select the desired subscription and click on the "Change subscription" button.
• If you upgrade from Stream Easy to Stream Pro, you will be charged the difference in subscription costs. Click on the "Proceed to checkout"button and then pay the difference.

Absolutely! Would you like to add more subscriptions (to the same account) for the same location so you can play different music simultaneously in the café and in the hall? If so, please contact us. We can arrange this for you.

Absolutely! Download the Windows software and try it for free for 14 days. You can try both Easy Windows and Pro Windows. You don't need to make a down payment, and the software will automatically stop working after 14 days.

Please note: You can only install the software on a Windows PC, laptop, or tablet. Would you like to use BCM Stream on a different platform? (on a macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux platform) In that case, you can use the Easy Web Player or app, or the Pro Web Player or app. The web player can be used in any web browser, including on a Windows platform. You can try it out for 60 minutes.
