FAQ - SUBSCRIPTIONS

For BCM Stream you can choose between 2 subscriptions, the BCM Stream Easy and the BCM Stream Pro.

• The BCM Stream Easy for the products Easy Windows and Easy Webplayer. This subscription costs €14.95 per month.
• The BCM Stream Pro for the Pro Windows and Pro Webplayer products. This subscription costs €34.95 per month.

Prices are exclusive of VAT.

The BCM Apps are free and can be used with the Easy Windows and Pro Windows products. More information can be found under products.

Go to the BCM Store website. Here you choose a BCM Stream monthly subscription, the Easy or the Pro, and click on the button "Order directly". The subscription will then be placed in the shopping basket.

If you have a coupon code, enter it and click "Apply Coupon". Proceed to checkout. Enter your company details and login details for your account. Select the payment method and click on "Sign up now".

After payment, your subscription is activated and you can use your chosen BCM Stream player.

Yes, BCM Stream subscriptions can be cancelled per month via your BCM Store account.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password. Click on the icon again and go to "My Account".

In the dashboard, click on "Subscriptions." Then click "View" to see the subscription details. Under "Actions" is a "Cancel" button. Click this and your subscription will be terminated.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.

Then, under the subscription you want to use (Easy or Pro), click the "Order directly" button. The subscription will then be placed in the shopping basket. After payment, your subscription is activated and you can start using your chosen BCM Stream player again.

The answer is "Yes", both options are possible. If you are using the Easy you can always upgrade to the Pro. The difference of the subscription fee will be charged from the moment you change subscriptions.

You can also downgrade from the Pro to the Easy. The paid subscription for Pro of that month will not be charged. You will then pay the subscription cost of the Easy for the next monthly renewal.

How does it work?

• Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.
• Click on the icon again and go to "My Account". In the dashboard, click on "Subscriptions".
• Click on the (active) subscription on the right-hand side on "View".
• Scroll down to "Subscription totals", here you will find an "Upgrade or Downgrade" button. Click on it.
• Then choose the desired subscription and click on the "Change subscription" button.
• If you upgrade from Stream Easy to Stream Pro, you will be charged the difference in subscription fees. Click on the button "Proceed to checkout" and pay the difference.

Yes! For Windows products, simply and quickly download the music software and try it for free for 14 days. You can try both the Easy Windows and the Pro Windows. You do not need to make a deposit and the software will automatically end after 14 days.

Note: You can only install the software on a Windows PC, laptop or tablet. Want to use the BCM Stream on another platform? (on a MacOS, iOS, Android or Linux platform) Then you can use the Easy Webplayer or Pro Webplayer. The webplayer can be used in any webbrowser, also on a Windows platform. You can try this one out for 60 minutes.
