FAQ - SUBSCRIPTIONS

For BCM Stream you can choose between 2 subscriptions, the BCM Stream Easy and the BCM Stream Pro.

• The BCM Stream Easy costs €14.95 per month. You can use the Remote App for free.
• The BCM Stream Pro costs €34.95 per month. You can use the Remote App and the Request App for free. The Pro is fully interactive, giving you complete control over the playlist.

The Pro is only available in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Go to the BCM Store website. Here you choose a BCM Stream monthly subscription, the Easy or the Pro, and click on the button "Order directly". The subscription will then be placed in the shopping basket.

If you have a coupon code, enter it and click "Apply Coupon". Proceed to checkout. Enter your company details and login details for your account. Select the payment method and click on "Sign up now".

After payment, your subscription is activated and you can use the selected BCM Stream software.

Do you want to download the BCM Stream software? Please log in to the BCM Store website, via the person icon, with the log-in data you have created. Click on the icon again and go to "My Account". Download the software via the link in the dashboard.

Install the software on a Windows computer, laptop or tablet. Log in with your account details and start the music!

Yes, BCM Stream subscriptions can be cancelled per month via your BCM Store account.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password. Click on the icon again and go to "My Account".

In the dashboard, click on "Subscriptions". Then click on "View" to see the details of the subscription. Under "Actions" there is a "Cancel" button. Click this and your subscription will be terminated.

Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.

Then click on the "Order directly" button for the subscription you want to use (Easy or Pro). The subscription will then be placed in the shopping basket. After payment your subscription is activated and you can start using your chosen BCM Stream software.

Do you want to download the BCM Stream software again? Then click on the person icon to the right of the shopping cart and go to "My Account". Download the software via the link in the dashboard.

The answer is "Yes", both options are possible. If you are using the Easy you can always upgrade to the Pro. The difference of the subscription fee will be charged from the moment you change subscriptions.

You can also downgrade from Pro to Easy. The paid subscription for Pro of that month will not be deducted. The next month's renewal you will pay the Easy subscription fee.

How does it work?

• Go to the BCM Store website. Click on the person icon in the top right corner, to the right of the shopping cart, and log in with your username and password.
• Click on the icon again and go to "My Account". In the dashboard, click on "Subscriptions".
• Click on the (active) subscription on the right-hand side on "View".
• Scroll down to "Subscription totals", here you will find an "Upgrade or Downgrade" button. Click on it.
• Then choose the desired subscription and click on the "Change subscription" button.
• If you upgrade from Stream Easy to Stream Pro, you will be charged the difference in subscription fees. Click on the button "Proceed to checkout" and pay the difference.
