- By player is meant: a PC, laptop or tablet on which the BCM Stream Easy or Pro is installed.
The Remote app isn't working. What could be causing this?
The app may be unable to connect to the player if you're connected to a Wi-Fi guest network, as these often have restrictions. In that case, try connecting via 4G/5G.
How do you add a song from a music list to the current playlist?

How do you add a song from a music playlist to a personal playlist?

A new pop-up window will appear. Select the playlist you want to add the song to, or select “New Playlist”.
Is the playlist in the app almost empty?
If the playlist in the Remote app is almost empty, it means that the playlist in the player has almost finished playing. Once the playlist has finished playing, it will automatically start over from the beginning. The playlist will then reappear in the app.
How do you install the Remote App on an iPad?
If you want to install the BCM Remote App on your iPad, you’ll need to search foritin the iPhone Apps section of the App Store. You can do this by selecting“Show All Apps”at the top.
Is the order of the songs in your playlist incorrect?
If the order of the songs in your list is different from when you created it, it’s because the shuffle feature is enabled when the list loads. As a result, the songs are automatically shuffled when the list loads.
You can turn off "Auto Shuffle Playlist"in the player menu. Go to Menu > Settings.
What do the menu icons mean?
In the Android version of the Remote app, there is no text next to the menu icons. Here is what they mean:
Loading List – From here, you can load playlists into the player
Compile – From here, you can create new playlists
Playlist – From here, you can manage the current playlist
Applications – From here, you can accept or decline songs requested via the Request app
Add – From here, you can send photos to the player (not available in BCM Stream)
How does the BPM filter work?

This is useful if, for example, you want to put together a playlist for a spinning class. If you want songs between 100 and 120 BPM, simply enter those values in the “From” and “To” fields. Now, when you search for a song title or artist, only songs that fall within the specified BPM range will be displayed.
If you want to search for songs with a BPM of up to 100 for your warm-up, enter “100” in the “To” field and leave the “From” field blank. When you search for a song title or artist, only songs with a BPM between 0 and 100 will be displayed.
Conversely, you can also search for songs with a minimum BPM value. If you want to find songs at 120 BPM or higher, enter “120” in the “From” field and leave the “To” field blank. When you search by title or artist, only songs at 120 BPM or higher will be displayed.
If you want to search specifically for songs at, say, 118 BPM, enter “118” in both BPM fields. If you search by title or artist, only songs at 118 BPM will be displayed.
Even if you don't enter a BPM lower and/or upper limit, you can still see the BPM value and duration next to the artist's name in the search results.
