The app may be unable to connect to the player if you are connected to a guest WiFi network. These often have restrictions. In that case, try using 4G/5G.

Open a music list from "Compile" to see which songs are in it. Then press the song you want to add to the current playlist. A pop-up will appear asking: "Add to current playlist”. Press here.

A new pop-up appears asking if you want to add the song to the current playlist. Click on “Yes" and the song has been added to the current playlist.

Open a music list from "Create list" to see which songs are in it. Then press the three vertical dots to the right of the song you want to add to the current playlist. A pop-up will appear with, among other things, the option "Add to personal list”. Click on this.

A new pop-up appears. Select the personal list you want to add the song to, or select "New personal list."

When the playlist in the Remote app is almost empty, the playlist in the player is almost completely played. When the list has been played in its entirety, it will automatically start playing from the beginning again. The playlist will then become visible again in the app.

If you want to install the BCM Remote App on your iPad, you need to search for it in the App Store under iPhone Apps. You can do this by selecting "Show all apps" at the top.

If the order of the songs on your own list is different from when you compiled the list, this is because the shuffle function is enabled when loading the list. The songs are therefore automatically shuffled when loading.

You can disable "Auto Shuffle Playlist"in the player menu. Go to Menu > Settings.

The Android version of the Remote app does not display text next to the menu icons. Here is what they mean:

   Loading List – From here, you can load music lists into the player.

   Compiling – From here, you can compile new music lists.

   Playlist – From here, you can control the current playlist.

   Applications – From here, you can accept or reject songs requested using the Request app.

   Add – From here, you can send photos to the player (not available in BCM Stream).

When searching for a song using the search screen, you can enter a lower and upper limit for the BPM (Beats Per Minute) below the title/artist field. The search will then only show songs that fall within the specified BPM range.

This is useful if, for example, you want to compile a music list for a spinning class. If you want songs between 100 and 120 BPM, for example, you enter these values in "From" and "To." When you search for a title or artist, only songs that fall within the set BPM range will be displayed.

If you want to search for songs with a maximum of 100 BPM for your warm-up, enter "100" in the "Up to" field and leave the "From" field blank. When you search for a title or artist, only songs with a BPM between 0 and 100 will be displayed.

Conversely, you can also search for songs with a minimum BPM value. If you want to search for songs with a BPM of 120 or higher, enter "120" in the "From" field and leave the "To" field blank. When you search for a title or artist, only songs with a BPM of 120 or higher will be displayed.

If you want to search specifically for songs with, for example, 118 BPM, type "118" in both BPM fields. When you search for a title or artist, only songs with 118 BPM will be displayed.

If you do not enter a lower and/or upper BMP limit, you can still see the BPM value and duration behind the artist name in the search results.
