Request App
I don't see the name of the business I want to request a song from on the list?
Sometimes your smartphone or tablet's location tracking isn't accurate enough, and your device thinks you're farther away from the business than you actually are. The distance from the business is shown next to its name.
The maximum distance an applicant for a song request may be from the venue can be set in the Request App's application settings in the player menu.
I do not see any name of a business in my overview?
This can happen if you're connected to a Wi-Fi guest network. These networks often have restrictions. In that case, try connecting via 4G/5G.
My requested song isn't playing on the BCM player?

- This may also be related to location detection. If your device indicates that you are too far away, song requests won't go through. In that case, the distance may be set too short in the Request App's request settings in the player's menu.
The item I want to request is on the list, but it's light gray.
- The PC, laptop or tablet with the BCM Stream player is switched off or the Request App is switched off.
- It could also be due to a limitation in the Wi-Fi guest network.
How does the kiosk mode in the Request App work?

How it works:
• Open the Request App
• Select the location where you want to use the tablet
• Click the hamburger menu in the top-left corner
• At the bottom, you’ll see the text“Enable Kiosk Mode”
• Click the text “
”
• Enter a 4-digit PIN
The kiosk mode is now activated. When you now open the Request App on the tablet, it will immediately go to the location where kiosk mode is activated. So you can no longer choose another location until kiosk mode is disabled again.
How do you disable kiosk mode again?
You can also use the PIN to turn off kiosk mode. The process is the same as for turning it on. If you lose your PIN, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the Request App.
