Request App Settings

  1. Here, you can enable or disable the Request App.
  2. If you set the maximum to, say, 3 per hour, a user will not be able to request any more numbers that hour after 3 requests have been accepted.
  3. Here you can set the number of songs that must be played before the same song request can be made again. This prevents a single song from being played several times in a row.
  4. Here you can set the maximum distance from your business within which users can request a ticket number using the Request App. Because GPS location accuracy can vary by smartphone, this setting may need to be set slightly wider to allow for requests.
  5. Here, you can set a PIN so that a request can only be submitted after the PIN has been entered.
  6. You can change your PIN here.
  7. Here, you can set it so that all requests are automatically accepted.
